Outsourced Labour Services

In terms of temporary assignments, WFT Consulting has the necessary experience and knowledge to manage temp assignments in an ethical and legally-compliant manner.

Our direct involvement and high visibility on our worksites ensures that our temp workforce is reliable and high-performing, and aids with the retention of temps for the duration of our projects.

HR Consulting Services

WFT Consulting's service offering includes conducting on-site audits as well as the provision of experienced on-site HR staff, who are able to offer a wide range of HR management services, resulting in huge time and resource savings for our clients.


Response Handling

As a complement to our recruitment services we offer response handling to enable you to outsource the complete project. This service will be tailor made according to the needs of the recruitment campaign.

We can process everything - the initial enquiry, telephone responses, application forms, CVs, testing, reference checking, interviewing and all associated documentation. This can be offered on a once-off basis or an outsourced recruitment package.

Our team will liaise directly with you to compile and standardise a job pack for each vacancy. This could include a cover letter, information about your organisation, job description, application form, and any other relevant information.
