Tabea is a nationally recognised transformation advocate with decades of experience shaping South Africa’s employment landscape. A former Chairperson of the Commission for Employment Equity, she has advised the Minister of Labour on equity matters for over 10 years.
Deeply passionate about real, sustainable change – not just compliance – Tabea works alongside organisations to advance affirmative action, embed inclusive practices, and unlock opportunities for true economic participation. Her purpose-driven approach is rooted in the belief that transformation must uplift people to be meaningful.
With a PhD in Transformation, Tabea brings a wealth of knowledge, humility, and purpose to every space she enters. Her mission is simple yet profound: to change the world, one person at a time.
